The double-skinnedcounter-balanced inspection doors guaranteesolidity and strength.� Wash Zone: all the soil is removed by thecombination of the mechanical washingaction that directs water at the washware bymeans of a powerful 700 litres/minute pumpand the thermal action of the heatingelements that guarantee a constant watertemperature of between 55° and 65°C and towhich the appropriate detergents are added.� Rinse Zone: clean water is used toeliminate any trace of detergent from thewashware.
