It is important to note, that onlytransferred calls will be forwarded and a CO line must be available, or the call will not for-ward. The user sets and updates this number when “Ext” forward is activated. This optioneither allows or denies a telephone extension the ability to use External Call Forward. Alltelephone numbers enter, will be checked by any Toll Restriction before allowing the call.Data Range: Y—NFactory Setting: NPress chg to select “Y” to allow or “N” to deny the extension from using External Call For-ward.IVR PromptMBC - 1-EN-24Users may select to play a pre-prompt when calls are forwarded to their voice mailbox.When set to “Y” (yes) the prompt “that extension does not answer, to leave a messagePress 2; you may also dial another extension now or press 0 for the attendant. After thisprompt plays, the extension users personal greeting will play. When set to no, only theextension users personal greeting will play.Data Range: Y—NFactory Setting: YPress chg to select “Y” to play the pre-prompt or “N” to eliminate the pre-prompt.
