Installations maybe made by Valcom, Inc., telephone equipmentmanufacturers, telephone companies, registeredtelephone refurbishers, and those qualified forinstallation of FCC registered systems under FCCRules Section 68.215.In accordance with FCC rules with applicable tariffs,this intercom unit may only be installed with theauthorization of the owner of the host system.The FCC Registration No. BAFUSA-69358-KX-N,will be listed in the affidavits filed with the telephonecompany; it will also be recorded in the system logkept by installation and maintenance personnel. Thelocal telephone company is to be notified of the FCCRegistration Number when this intercom unit isinstalled.This equipment generates and uses radio frequencyenergy and if not installed and used properly, that is,in strict accordance with the manufacturer'sinstructions, may cause interference to radio andtelevision reception. It has been tested and found tocomply with the limits for a Class B computingdevice, in accordance with the specifications inSubpart J of Part 15 of the FCC Rules, which aredesigned to provide reasonable protection againstsuch interference.
