Installation Guide 7Ice MachinesOverlay / Frame Overlay PanelNOTICEDue to differences in surrounding cabinetry the panel maynot perfectly align with door. The procedure below isdesigned to provide a finished overlay panel that seamlesslyintegrates with surrounding cabinetry.Panel PreparationA full overlay door panel completely covers the door frame andprovides a built-in appearance.NOTICE• The door panel must not weigh more than 20lbs.• It is important to ensure that all drilled holes are drilled tothe correct depth in order to avoid splits in the woodwhen hardware is installed.• Appliance will need up to 34 1/2" to the under side of thecounter to leave room for leveling adjustments.1. Cut the panels to the dimensions listed in the diagram below.2. Optional: Stain or Finish panel to desired stain or color. Be sure toclosely follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer.NOTICEIf finishing frame overlay, both sides of overlay must befinished in order to prevent warping.3. Optional: Install handles and hardware.Panel Installation1. Fully open door,2. Starting at corner, pull gasketaway from door.3. Continue to pull gasket freefrom gasket channel.4.
