Make sure the waterline’s brass fitting is screwed tight to its valve andthreaded correctly. Make sure the fill tube’s connection tothe water line is also tight. Check drain line to make sureit has not been disconnected from drain connection onback of the unit or disconnected from the drain.ProblemQ:The door remains open unless it is pushed closed.SolutionA:The hinges should be self-closing when the door is openapproximately 8 ". If this is not the case, make sure theclosers (at the bottom of the hinge pin) are clean, greasedand installed correctly. Also, re-check leveling from frontto back of the unit and readjust if necessary. Make surethat pivot plate is installed correctly.ProblemQ:The custom overlay door was designed to align with therest of the cabinet doors, but the unit has crept forward.SolutionA:First, make sure that the electrical cord and water supplyline are not obstructing the installation. If they are not, there is mostly likely not enough room allowed for thedrain connection on the rear of the unit. You may need toalter the wall behind the unit to accommodate the drainconnection.1.
