However,its alignment could have been disturbed during shipment.IMPORTANTIMPORTANTProperly aligned, the door’s gasket should be firmly incontact with the cabinet all the way around the door (nogaps).1. Carefully examine the door’s gasket to assure that it is firmly incontact with the cabinet.2. When inspecting door alignment, make sure the door gasket isnot pinched on the hinge side of the door.Adjusting Door AlignmentBI-21151. Remove top hinge screw pin Remove door by tilting forwardand lifting off bottom hinge pin.2. With door upside-down, loosen but do not remove the twoscrews on the door’s bottom hinge plate.3. If the top far edge of the doorneeds to move UP, move thehinge plate toward the outsideof the door and retightenscrews. If the top far edge ofthe door needs to moveDOWN, move the hinge platetoward the inside of the doorand retighten screws.4. Mount the door to recheckalignment and repeat Steps 2and 3 if further adjustment isnecessary.5. When top edge of door isparallel to top edge of cabinet,remove the door and ensurethe two screws are secure.6. Remove the door closersfrom the bottom hinge, cleanthoroughly and lubricate the mating surfaces with petroleumjelly.7.
