The higher the data rate, the smaller the range it couldcover. At 11 Mbps, the adaptor can go up to 300 meter in an outdoorenvironment; however, in an indoor environment, it can only go up to 100meter. Because of the ceilings, higher RF interference, interior walls andreflected signals, indoor range is usually shorter than outdoor range.
