Use of a Preventive Maintenance program isstrongly recommended to insure that the unit oper-ates safely and efficiently.2. Motor bearings are permanently sealed and do notrequire lubrication.3. Clean the fan’s flow area - maintenance interval inaccordance with the degree of contamination.4. The fan wheel can be cleaned with a moist cloth.5. Do not use any aggressive, paint solvent cleaningagents when cleaning.6. Never use a high-pressure cleaner or water-sprayfor cleaning - particularly when the fan is running.Coil CleaningDETERGENT — Spray mild detergent solution oncoils with garden-type sprayer. Rinse with fresh water.Check to ensure condensate line is free. Excess waterfrom cleaning may flood unit if condensate line isplugged.DANGERNEVER enter an enclosed fan cabinet or reachinto a unit while the fan is running.LOCK OPEN AND TAG the fan motor power dis-connect switch before working on a fan. Take fus-es with you and note removal on tag.
