Setting the sleep timerThe sleep timer turns off tile TV automatically.To use the remote control to set the sleep timer:Repeatedly press TIMER to set the number of minutes until theTV turns off automatically (in 10-minute increments, to amaximum of 180).Note :To display the amount of time until the TVturns off automatically, press TIMER once.To close the display, press ENTER.TIMER30To use the menu system to set the sleep timer:1. Press TIMER (or MENU and • •) to display the CUSTOMmenu. TIMER will be highlighted.2. After tile number position starts to blink, use tile channelnumbers to enter the length of time until the TV turns off.3. After the number position starts to blink, press the Numberbuttons (0-9) to enter the correct time. The clock operates on a12-hour cycle.4.
