English - 19 -EnglishManual Tuning, Analogue Fine TuningThe television can be tuned-in manually using Manual Search feature.Digital Aerial Manual SearchThe feature is available for service engineers orcan be used for direct channel entry if the multiplexchannel is known.• Select Manual channel scan from the Install andRetune menu and press OK.After selecting search type as Digital Aerial, youcan enter the multiplex or frequency number usingthe numeric buttons and press OK button to search.• Enter the multiplex number using the numericbuttons. The television will automatically searchfor that multiplex. When the multiplex is found anychannels not currently on the programme list will beadded and the programme information at the top ofthe screen will be updated.• Repeat as necessary.Digital Cable Manual Search• In cable manual scan, you can enter frequency,modulation, symbol rate and network channel scanoptions. After selecting search type as Digital Cable,you can set the desired options and press OK buttonto search.Analogue Manual SearchThe television can be tuned-in manually. For example:if the television cannot be connected to a mediarecorder/decoder with a SCART lead or to tune-in astation on another System.To allocate a programme position on the televisionfor a decoder and media recorder: turn the decoderon, insert a pre-recorded film into the media recorderand press PLAY, then manually tune.After selecting search type as Analogue, you canuse Up or Down button to highlight an item and thenpress Left or Right button to set an option.Enter the channel number or frequency using thenumeric buttons. You can then press OK buttonto search. When the channel is located, any newchannels that are not on the list will be stored.Digital Satellite Manual SearchNote: If the Satellite installation is not completed by the first timeinstallation(FTI), you are not able to run manual satellite search.You will be directed with a warning massage to do “AntennaInstallation” first, which you can find under the Satellite Settingsin Settings menu. |
