Torestore the sound, press MUTE or VOL x •.When you press MUTE, the Closed Caption feature is automaticallyactivated. To deactivate captions and restore normal sound, pressMUTE again. This feature works only when the Closed Caption modeis set to OFF. MTS also can transmit a second audio program (SAP)containing a second language or other audio information.Note: The MTS feature is not available in VIDEO mode.When the TV receives a stereo or SAP broadcast, the word “STEREO”or “SAP” displays on-screen every time you turn the TV on, changethe channel, or press RECALL.To listen to stereo sound:1.
