An NMI event islatched inside the RAS board and held until it is processed by the RAS support software.A forced reset (hardware reset) is issued and the system is reset unless an NMI processingRAS support software is executed within 500ms after the occurrence of these NMI events.(NMI process monitoring timer)If a RAS support software is installed, monitor timer reset for the NMI is performed by thesoftware so that the NMI need not be processed by user application.[MI events]MI events are the following:• Rise in temperature (main unit internal temperature)• Interval timer• Fan stopAn interrupt occurs when the temperature becomes abnormal, fan stops, or when theinterval timer expires.
