TroubleshootingProblem Possible Cause Corrective Action1. Electrical circuit issue. 1. Inspect the wire harness and electricalconnections. Refer to the wiringdiagram.2. The fuse(s) are blown. 2. Replace any blown fuses.3. There are loose power or earthconnection(s).3. Ensure that all wire connections arecorrectly connected and secure.4. There are disconnected wire(s) atsystem terminal(s).4. The wire harness relay(s) are notfunctioning correctly.6. Replace any non-operational relay(s).7. The loader arm/attachment tilt levercontacts are not functioning correctly.7. Repair or replace the loaderarm/attachment tilt lever.8. The valve manifold solenoid(s) arenot functioning correctly (Resistanceacross solenoid terminals should beapproximately 6.5 ohms).8. Replace any non-operational valvemanifold solenoids.9. The hydraulic coupler(s) are notcompletely connected.9. Ensure that the couplers are correctlyconnected and secured.10.There is moisture between the valvesolenoid coils and the valve solenoidshaft.10.Remove the nut securing the valvesolenoid coils to the solenoid shaft.Pull the coils from the shaft and cleanthem; ensure that there is no moisturebetween the components. Installthe components and tighten the nutsecurely.11.The valve manifold and/or an internalvalve is not operating correctly.11.Repair or replace the non-operationalcomponent.12.There is an obstruction in a hydraulichose.12.Find and remove the obstruction.13.The auxiliary valve on the traction unitis not operating correctly.13.Repair or replace the valve.Bucket does not open or close.14.The 4-in-1 bucket hydraulic cylinder(s)are not operating correctly.14.Repair or replace any non-operationalhydraulic cylinder(s).24
