Connecting the Pull Links to theMachine1. Secure the 2 lift cylinder hoses to the underside of thehydraulic tank with a cable tie or the R-clamp, the 3/8x 1 inch bolt, and the sheet-metal nut supplied.Note: Make sure the hoses are not twisted and willnot contact any hot, sharp, or moving parts.g025296Figure 191. Stop theengine and remove the key from the ignition switch.Note: Place a wood block or similar shim under eachlink to hold it in the raised position (Figure 20).3. Align the pull link to the carrier frame and attachthe link with the retainer pin (Figure 20). Secure theretainer pin to the frame with the shoulder screw(Figure 20).g025301Figure 201. Slightly raise the front of the machine to remove thewood block or similar shim from under each pull link.Installing the Wire Harness1. Locate the fuse block and the ground block (Figure 21).g025297Figure 211. Fuse block 2. Ground block2. Attach the new wire harness as follows:• Attach the red wire to an available connector onthe fuse block.Note: If there is not an available connector on thefuse block, install an additional block. A fuse block,fuse and mounting nuts and bolts are included inthe loose parts.• Attach the black wire to the nearby ground block.3. Locate the 2 holes at the bottom of the fuse blockmounting plate (Figure 22).4. Mount the 3 relays to the fuse block mounting platewith 2 washer-head screws (#10 x 3/4 inch) and 2 nuts(#10); refer to Figure 22.g025298Figure 221. Relay (3) 3. Nut—#10 (2)2.
