Remove the tilt cylinder from the machine (Fig.1432).Fig. 1432 IMG-0125aHydraulic Tilt Cylinder Installation1. Install 2 hydraulic fittings in the tilt cylinder. Orientthe fittings so they face away from the rod end of thecylinder (Fig. 1434).12. To service the tilt cylinder, refer to “100-4163Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuild” (Old Style) for 2004 andolder units on page 3/1-17 or “105-7867 HydraulicCylinder Rebuild” (New Style) for 2005 and newerunits on page 3/1-40.11.
