15Installing the Front WheelsNote: This procedure is only needed for Model No.07277TC.1. Remove the fasteners securing the wheels.2. Remove the shipping bracket from the spindles.3. NutInstalling the Steering WheelNote: This procedure is only needed for Model No.07277TC.1. Remove the nut and lock washer from the steeringshaft.2. Slide the steering wheel and washer onto the shaft.Position the steering wheel on the shaft so that the crossbeam is horizontal when the tires are pointed straightahead and the thicker spoke of the steering wheel isdownward.3.
