CHECK THE ENGINE OIL1. Park the machine on a level surface, stop theengine and remove the key from the ignitionswitch. Open the hood.2. Remove the dipstick, wipe it clean, thenreinstall it. Remove it again and check the oillevel on the dipstick; The oil level should be upto the FULL mark.Figure 11. Dipstick2. Oil fill3. If the oil is below the FULL mark, remove thefill cap and add SAE 10W-30 CD classificationoil until the level reaches the FULL mark onthe dipstick. DO NOT OVERFILL. Crankcasecapacity is 3.8 l with filter.4. Install the oil fill cap and close the hood.CHECK THE COOLINGSYSTEMClean debris from the screen, oil cooler and the frontof the radiator daily, more often if conditions areextremely dusty and dirty.The cooling system is filled with a 50/50 solution ofwater and permanent ethylene glycol anti-freeze.Check the level of coolant in the expansion tankeach day before starting the engine. If coolant level is low, remove the expansiontank cap and replenish the system. DO NOTOVERFILL.3. Install the expansion tank cap.FILL THE FUEL TANK1. Remove the fuel tank cap.2. Fill the tank to about 2.5 cm (one inch) belowthe top of the tank, not the filler neck, with No.2 diesel fuel.
