A record in Date Book is called an event.To open Date Book, proceed as follows:1 Press the Date Book button on the front panel.Date Book starts up. Today’s schedule is displayed with a list of times for a standard business day.2 Press the Date Book button repeatedly to cycle through the Day, Week, Month, and Agenda views.The Date Book views are displayed in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.Scheduling eventsScheduling an event for todayTo schedule an event for the current date, proceed as follows:1 Tap the appropriate time line for the beginning of the event.2 Enter a description of the event.You can enter a description or note up to 255 characters in length.
