GB41GB• If you do not want thecommander unit to fire, pressthe Fn button and specify[OFF] for the CMD flashsetting.To set the lighting ratioof the controller unitPress the Fn button on this flashunit and specify the power levelratio setting for the CTRL, RMT,and RMT2 units.Example: When the flash powerlevel ratio [4:2:1] is displayed onthe LCD panel, the flash unit ineach group fires with a fractionof the total flash power: 4/7, 2/7,and 1/7, respectively.• When the controller unit is inMANUAL flash mode, it fireswith the specified flash power.Notes on wirelessflash photographywith optical wirelesscommunications• During wireless flashphotography, measurementwith a flash meter or a colormeter is not available becauseof the pre-flash of the flashunit.• When [AUTO] is specified forthe flash coverage (zoom) ofthis flash unit being used as aremote unit, the flash coverageis automatically set to 24 mm.• During photography withoff-camera flashes, P-TTL flashmetering is automatically usedinstead of ADI metering.• You can concurrently usemultiple remote units (off-camera flashes).• When the remote units (off-camera flashes) are in MANUALflash mode, each unit fires withits own specified flash power.• All flash units used for wirelessflash photography must sharethe same wireless channel(CH). On this flash unit, you canspecify the wireless channel bypressing the MENU button andselecting [ CH SET]. |
