25Getting StartedSet the date and time when using thiscamcorder for the first time. If you do not setthe date and time, the [CLOCK SET] screenappears every time you turn on yourcamcorder or slide the POWER switch.• If you do not use your camcorder for about 3months, the built-in rechargeable battery getsdischarged and the date and time settings may becleared from the memory.
