Failure to follow proper safetyprocedures may result in injury or death.When the Electronic Enclosure door is open, voltage dangerous to life exists. Theseprocedures will involve operation of the unit with the electronics door open, which will requirea “hot work permit” in some locations to ensure that there are no hazards for the personnelworking in the area.4.1 Inspect the Electronics CabinetThe following procedure is a guide to verify that the connectors and plugs in the ElectronicEnclosure are properly connected.WARNINGRisk of overheating. Verify correct heater circuit connections. Incorrect connections mayresult in injury or death.In the air bath or airless configuration, the cable harness connectors and the chassis plugsassociated with the heater power circuits are marked with orange identifier tags. Beforereconnecting any connector or plug to a heater power circuit, verify that the orange identifiertag on the connector or plug reads identically to the orange identifier tag on its matingconnector.1. Ensure that the AC (Mains) power is off to the Maxum II.2. Open the electronic enclosure door and inspect all power connections. This includes thePower Entry Control Module for the air bath or airless configuration or the 24V Power supplyfor the modular oven configuration.3. Inspect all internal electrical connections (see WARNING above).
