Ensure Health & Safety, and local authority regulationsare adhered to when assembling and using this racking system. Locate the racking in a suitable area where it will not be anobstruction. Keep the general area clean, uncluttered and ensure there isadequate lighting. WARNING! Use the racking on a level and solid surface suchas concrete. Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the storagearea. DO NOT use the racking for any purpose other than that forwhich they are designed. DO NOT get the racking wet or use in damp or wet locations orareas where there is condensation. DO NOT clean the cross beams with any solvents which maydamage the coated surface. DO NOT overload the racking. DO NOT allow others to ride on the racking. DO NOT push loaded racking over edges, rough surfaces etc. asthe whole unit may overturn. Ensure that the racking is properly assembled before loadingwith heavy tyres. Maximum load for each level is 200kg. Load must be evenlydistributed. Place heavier items on the lower racks. Maintain correct balance and footing when moving the rackingand ensure that the floor surface is not slippery. Where possible heavier items should be evenly distributed acrossthe racks.3. ASSEMBLY Warning! Before assembly and use ensure you have read,understood and apply Section 1 safety instructions.4.1 It is recommended that this tyre racking system be assembled bytwo people. When installing the cross beams it is advisable touse a rubber mallet. Do not use a hard faced hammer as this willdamage the surface finish of the cross beams. Make sure that allthe clips lock in place securely and safety bolts are fitted beforeusing the unit. Do not use any parts that are damaged and/ordistorted as these may assemble incorrectly and result in aninstallation that is unsafe and which may cause injury or damagewhen the shelves are loaded.Two level mobile tyre rack helps keep working area clear. Unit is onwheels for easy manoeuvrability when needing to take the tyres topoint of work, ideal for use track side. Steel construction with apowder coated finish giving anti-corrosion resistance.
