15EnglishWhat is the procedure for resolving disputes?ALL DISPUTES WITH SAMSUNG ARISING IN ANYWAY FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THESALE, CONDITION OR PERFORMANCE OF THEPRODUCTS SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELYTHROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION,AND NOT BY A COURT OR JURY.Any such dispute shall not be combined orconsolidated with a dispute involving anyother person’s or entity’s Product or claim, andspecifically, without limitation of the foregoing,shall not under any circumstances proceed aspart of a class action. The arbitration shall beconducted before a single arbitrator, whoseaward may not exceed, in form or amount,the relief allowed by the applicable law. Thearbitration shall be conducted according tothe American Arbitration Association (AAA)Commercial Arbitration Rules applicable toconsumer disputes. This arbitration provision isentered pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act.The laws of the State of Texas, without referenceto its choice of laws principles, shall governthe interpretation of the Limited Warranty andall disputes that are subject to this arbitrationprovision. The arbitrator shall decide all issues ofinterpretation and application of this arbitrationprovision and the Limited Warranty.
