11ENGLISHInstall the power cable and communication cable of the indoor andoutdoor unit at least 1 m (3.26’) away from the electric appliance.Install the indoor unit away from lighting apparatus with a ballast.XX If you use the wireless remote control, reception error may occur dueto the ballast of the lighting apparatus.For maximum safety, installers should always carefully read thefollowing warnings.Do not install the air conditioner in following places:XX Place where there is mineral oil or arsenic acid.Plastic parts may deform,crack resulting water leak and reduceperformance of heat exchanger or air conditioner may not operate.XX The place where corrosive gas such as sulfurous acid gas generatesfrom vent pipes or other outlets.XX The copper pipe or connection pipe may corrode and refrigerantmay leak.XX A place where there is a machine that generates electromagneticwaves. The air conditioner may not operate normally due to controlsystem interference.XX The place where there is a danger of existing combustible gas,carbon fiber of flammable dust.XX The place where thinners or gasoline are handled. Gas may leak andit may cause fire.If the air conditioner is installed in a small room, measures mustbe taken to prevent the refrigerant concentration in the roomfrom exceeding the safety limit in the event of refrigerant leakage.Consult a dealer regarding the appropriate measures to prevent theallowable concentration from being exceeded.XX If the refrigerant leaks, and cause the concentration limit to beexceeded, hazards due to lack of oxygen in the room may result.
