17C ALLING USING THE PHONEBOOK• Go to the menu PHONEBOOK.• From the list of names, select the contact you want tocall using keys or .• Go to Option/CALL.The number is automatically dialled in speakerphonemode.S EARCHING FOR A CONTACT• Access your phonebook list, press successively onthe keypad key which corresponds to the first letter ofthe name you are searching for so as to make itappear at the top of the screen.• Once the first letter of the name is displayed, wait amoment.• The phonebook selects the first name in the list thatstarts with the selected letter.CALL LOGCaller identification is a service that requires priorregistration with your operator.VIEWING THE RECEIVED AND DIALLED CALLLOG• Go to the menu CALLS / INCOMING CALLS orOUTGOING CALLS.• Select the event to be viewed.• Press Valid..• The screen presents the following information.(depending on the operator and the subscription):- the full name of your contact and the telephonenumber,- the number of consecutive calls,- time (for calls during the day) or the date (forprevious calls) of the call.The calls are organised in chronological order, from themost recent call to the oldest call.To see the previous calls, use the keys or .To check your call log directly, press theLog key from the idle screen.
