To conduct this operationcarry out the following instructions:• Fit the upper additional roll (Fig. 49 pos. 2) onto thetool, according to Fig. 49 indications.• Grip the tyre between the bead-breaker roll (Fig. 49pos. 1) and the the upper additional roll (Fig. 49 pos.2).• Turn the motor anti-clockwise until the reference pointon the tyre coincides with the reference point on therim (usually the valve) (See Fig. 49).Fig. 496. Lower the bead breaker roller so that the tyre beadis kept at the same height of the rim channel (seeFig. 47).USE VERY CAREFULLY THE VERTI-CAL BEAD BREAKING ROLLER INORDER TO AVOID POSSIBLEHANDS CRUSHINGS.THE BEADING DISC MUST EXERTPRESSURE ON THE TYRE BEADBUT NEVER ON THE RIM.7. Rotate in clockwise sense of rotation till the com-plete tyre mounting (see Fig. 48).NOTE: for the mounting of very difficult wheel, use theextension of the bead depressor (Fig. 48 pos. 1).8. When the operations have been completed move allthe tools in rest position.
