RAINSMARTTM INSTALLATION AND USER GUIDEThank you for choosing the Australian owned, designed and manufactured RainSmartTM. We trust that you willenjoy the quality and freedom the RainSmartTM has been designed to provide. Please read this instruction guidecarefully to make sure the RainSmartTM is installed correctly to ensure its many design features are used toyour full advantage.The RainSmartTM can be installed with many types of pressure pumps. A tank water reserve level (of yourchoice) combined with RainSmartTM’s Pump Manual override ensures flexibility.The product complies with relevant electrical standards and has Watermark approval number: 230291. GENERAL INFORMATIONThe RainSmartTM controller can be used in either above ground or below ground tank installations. A pressurepump is required.2. MOUNTING RAINSMARTTM CONTROLLERThe controller must be installed on a vertical surface using the supplied mounting brackets. Install the controllerwithin 2 meters of a protected power supply and no more than 10 meters from the Tank and Float Switch or theMotorised Ball Valve unless extension cables are used. Connect wall mounting clips to RainSmartTM ControlBox using smaller screws provided (SEE FIG. 2). Then mount RainSmartTM Control Box on wall using largerscrews and nylon anchors (depending on type of surface fixing to).FIG. 2 |
