Bluetooth was launched by a special interestgroup (SIG) that comprises of Ericsson Inc., Intel Corp.,Nokia Corp., Toshiba and IBM in 1998, and it is currentlydeveloped by nearly 2 000 companies worldwide.• The Bluetooth word mark and logos are owned by theBluetooth SIG, Inc. and any use of such marks byPioneer Corporation is under license.
