CT-1060W, CT-S77W12.3 SIGNAL AND INDICATOR CIRCUIT CONTROLThe signal and indicator circuits are controlledby the PD4061 microcomputer. The tape transportunits in this model are switched to the variousoperating modes mechanically by the respectivemode buttons. (Since the capstan motor is used asa drive source, the mode buttons can be operatedby light touch.) When the COPY buttons is pressedto start tape copy mode, both tape decks areswitched mechanically — tape I (on the left handside) to playback mode, and tape II (on the righthand side) to recording mode. Although there isno need for microcomputer control of the tapetransport mechanism itself, signal circuit switching,muting circuit timing control, and indicatorcontrol is all handled by the microcomputer.PD4061 Specifications1. System ClockSystem clocks are generated by an RC oscillatoremploying a built-in oscillator circuit. Oscillatingfrequency is 200 kHz.The specified timing set time is the set time whenthe system clock frequency is 200 kHz.2. Input Reception ConditionsInput sampling of 5 to 10 ms prevents chatteringwhen inputs are received, and also prevents mis-operation by external noise.3.
