Or it might result in a traffic acci-dent.• In case you operate this unit unavoidably during dri-ving, neglect looking ahead carefully. Otherwise,you will be ready to run the risk of being involved ina traffic accident.• If any of the following troubles occurs, immediatelystop the use of this unit and consult with a dealerfrom whom you purchased this unit:– the unit is smoking.– the unit is emitting abnormal odor.– a foreign object has entered the unit.– liquid has been spilled on or into the unit.If you continue to use this unit without a remedy, theunit may be damaged badly, which leads to a seriousaccident or fire.CAUTION• Do not recharge, disassemble, heat or dispose of batteryin fire.• Use a CR2032 (3 V) lithium battery only. Ifany happening sound outside your car is deafened bymusic from the car stereo when you are driving, thiscondition can be a factor of being involved in a trafficaccident.• Do not leave this unit free inside the car. When the carstops or turns a curve, the unit might drop on the floor.If the unit is rolled and put under the brake pedal, itmight prevent the driver from braking well, causing aserious trouble. Be sure to fix this unit to the steeringwheel.• Do not disassemble or modify this unit. The Operation mode switching changes inaccordance with the settings below.When using with the Pioneer AV Head Unit, set toAV operation mode. If you wish to use Navigationoperation only, set to Navigation mode.
