29How to OperateIf the preparations have been completed, you can begin the operation from the "Basic setup" page.Begin the operation from the "Basic setup" page.The "Control" page appears.Screenshot 2Screenshot 1To display the motion picture of the selectedcamera, click the [Live-ON] button.To quit displaying the motion picture of theselected camera, click the [STOP] button. Themotion picture disappears.On this page, you can also operate the cameraand adjust the motion picture.Panning and tiltingClick the arrow buttons (up / down / right / left) toadjust the horizontal and vertical position.The center of the box surrounded by the arrowbuttons (the point where the horizontal line andthe vertical line cross) is the current position ofthe camera.If you click inside the box surrounded by thearrow buttons, you can pan and tilt the camerawider than by clicking the arrow buttons.Image capture sizeClick one of the motion picture resolution but-tons (CIF (352 x 288) / QCIF (176 x 144)) to dis-play the motion picture with the desired resolu-tion.Adjustment of the brightness of the motionpictureClick the buttons to adjust the brightness of themotion picture. The left end button (–) is thedarkest and the right end button (+) is the bright-est. The green button is the currently selectedlevel.Image sizeClick one of the buttons (x1.0 / x1.5 / x2.0) toselect the desired motion picture size.When the picture is magnified, the quality of thepicture may be decreased.AUXClick one of the buttons (High/Low) to set thestatus of the AUX output connector. (Refer to"Alarm Connector and AUX Output Connector"of WV-NM100 Operating Instructions in the sup-plied CD-ROM for details.)One time panYou can monitor the picture by panning thecamera one time to the left and right.STEP2• If the preparations have been completed, start up thebrowser and display the "Top Menu" page of the desiredcamera. The camera picture appears on the "Top Menu"page.• The port number for the MPEG-4 streaming is set to5004. If another application uses this port, change theport number to another even-numbered port number.• To switch the currently monitored picture to another cam-era picture, click the [STOP] button to stop displaying thecurrently monitored picture. Then, enter the IP address ofthe desired camera in the "Address" box of the browser tomonitor the desired camera picture.NotesClick the [Control] button.STEP1
