12• When the power is supplied, the power LED lights up for around 80 seconds and then blinks for around 20 sec-onds. Then the camera performs one complete panning and tilting operation.• Confirm that the power LED and the link LED are lit after the power is supplied.If the power LED is not lit:Confirm that the AC adapter is firmly plugged into both the camera and the outlet.If the link LED is not lit:Confirm that the Ethernet cable is inserted firmly. Confirm also that the cable type (straight / cross) correspondsto the connection type.NotesSETUPTo operate the camera connected in a network such as a LAN or the Internet, it is necessary to set up the network.Use the provided "Panasonic IP Setup" software to set up the network of the camera. (Refer to the next page).If the setup with the provided software fails, set up the PC and the camera separately.
