22 EnglishFirst Time SetupThe first time setup screen is displayed only when theTV is turned on for the first time, after the power cord isinserted into a wall outlet.1 Turn the TV on with the POWERbutton(TV)or(Remote)2 Setup the following items● Select your language● Select your country● Select your viewing mode(Be sure to select “Home Use”)If you select “Store Demonstration” by mistake,confirmation screen will be displayed.To display the “Set viewing mode” screen againin order to select “Home Use”, perform one of thefollowing actions:• Press and hold down the rear POWER button forat least five seconds.• Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds and thenplug it in again.● Configure Network connectionFollow the instructions on screen to complete theNetwork connection.● ANT/Cable setupSet up based on how your TV programming isconnected. Select “Yes” if you are connected to aCable, Satellite or Fiber Optic box. Select “No” if youare connected to the Antenna/Cable In with a coaxialwire into the screw-on connector. In this case you willneed to scan for channels that are available in yourarea.● Adjust the ClockSelect the clock mode and adjust other settings.When “Auto” is selected, clock will be setautomatically according to Time zone and DST. TheTV must be connected to the Internet to use thisfeature.● Complete first time setupCompletion screen is displayed.3 Select type of Home ScreenThe “Tutorial” for “my Home Screen” starts.Follow the instruction of the “Tutorial” to select desired“Home Screen”.Example: Home Screen SelectionExample: Lifestyle Screen• “Home Screen” is displayed as the start-up screenwhen the TV is turned on or the HOME button ispressed.
