Mobile deviceProblem Cause & Solution PageMobile devices cannot beregistered.Mobile devices cannotconnect to the system.R The main monitor and/or your mobile device is not connected to yourwireless router.→ Both the main monitor and your mobile devices must be connectedto your wireless router.Main monitor: Complete the Wi-Fi settings.Your mobile device: Turn on the Wi-Fi feature and connect to thewireless router that the main monitor is connected to. For moreinformation, see the operation instructions of your wireless routerand mobile devices.R The main monitor and/or your mobile devices is out of range of yourwireless router.→ Confirm your wireless router is turned on and both the main monitorand your mobile device are in range of your wireless router. (Themobile device cannot connect to the system when it is out of therange of the wireless router that the main monitor is connected to,such as when you are away from home.)R The main monitor and your mobile device are not connected to thesame wireless router.→ Confirm that the both main monitor and your mobile device areconnected to the same wireless router.R When the all above remedies do not solve the problem→ Try “Initialization of network” and then set “Wi-Fi”again.25Video Intercom does notwork properly evenwireless network anddevice registration areconfirmed.R Refer to the troubleshooting section of the operating instruction of theVideo Intercom.–Email featureProblem Cause & Solution PageTest mail cannot bedelivered.R The email server and email address are not set correctly.→ Confirm these settings in “Email settings” and reconfigurethem as required.25Email notification is notdelivered even the emailsettings are confirmed.R The wireless router is off or the main monitor is out of ranger of thewireless router.→ Confirm that the wireless router is turned on and that the mainmonitor is in range of the wireless router.R “Email notification” setting is “Disable”.→ Set the “Email notification” settings to “Enable”.R There is something wrong with the network settings, such as the“Email server registration” settings.→ Check the inbox of the sender email that is set in “Email serverregistration” to see if there were any messages that could notbe delivered.25I want to stop emailnotification temporally(e.g. when I am home).R Set the “Email notification” settings to “Disable”.262910.
