Take a Break Of 10-15 Minutes Every Hour• Using this product for long periods of timemay have detrimental health effects on theeyes or hands.NOTICEl Do not place the computer near a television or radioreceiver.l Keep the computer away from magnets. Data storedon the flash memory may be lost.l This computer is not intended for the display of imagesfor use in medical diagnosis.l This computer is not intended for a use with connection ofmedical equipment for the purpose of medical diagnosis.l Panasonic shall not be liable for loss of data or otherincidental or consequential damages resulting fromthe use of this product.l If this computer will not be used for a long period oftime (a month or more), charge or discharge (use) thebattery until the remaining battery level becomes 30%to 40% and store the product in a cool, dry place.l This computer prevents overcharging of the battery byrecharging only when the remaining power is less thanapprox. 95% (when Economy Mode (ECO) is enabled:75%) of capacity.l The battery is not charged when this computer is firstpurchased. Be sure to charge it before using it for thefirst time. When the AC adaptor is connected to thiscomputer, charging begins automatically.l Should the battery leak and the fluid get into youreyes, do not rub your eyes. Immediately flush youreyes with clear water and see a doctor for medicaltreatment as soon as possible.NOTEl The battery may become warm during recharging ornormal use. This is completely normal.l Recharging will not commence if internal temperatureof the battery is outside of the allowable temperaturerange (0 °C to 50 °C). (è Reference Manual “Bat-tery Power”) Once the allowable range requirement issatisfied, charging begins automatically. Note that therecharging time varies based on the usage conditions.(Recharging takes longer than usual when the tem-perature is 10 °C or below.)l If the temperature is low, the operating time is short-ened. Only use the computer within the allowabletemperature range.l The battery is a consumable item. If the amount oftime the computer can be run by using a particularbattery becomes dramatically shorter and repeatedrecharging does not restore its performance, the bat-tery should be replaced with a new one.
