3 Features C15C O Incoming Call Information LogDescription If the display digital proprietary telephone (KX-T7230 or KX-T7235) user cannot answer a call, the telephone automaticallyrecords the caller’s telephone number, name and the time. The usercan call back the caller by checking the call log. This is available ifsuch a telephone receives incoming outside calls from the ISDNline provided with the CLIP (Calling Line IdentificationPresentation) feature. A maximum of 15 calls per telephone canbe logged.Conditions • The call log is registered at the time DPT finishes ringing. If a call isdirected to multiple DPTs, the call log is registered at the DPT that hasthe smallest jack number of the ringing DPTs.• Transferred call information is also recorded.• If the DPT is in Call Forwarding – No Answer or IRNA is activated,the call log is registered at the original DPT but not at the destinationDPT unless the destination party answers the call and record itmanually.• When the information area is full (i.e. more than 15 calls), the user cancontrol the log mode at his / her extension (CO Incoming CallInformation Log Mode). If the user sets this mode, new CO incomingcall information is retained but old data is discarded. If the user cancelsthis mode, new CO incoming call information is not entered in the unit.To set or cancel the mode, a corresponding feature number is used.• The telephone user can lock the display of the unit so that COincoming call information is not shown on the display. A lock code isrequired to set or cancel this feature.
