A stylus is supplied for touch screen operation.The surface of the display is also mechanically protected by the touch screen. The touchscreen (USB connected) registers contacts of a finger or a pen and allows you to move themouse pointer. This works only if the necessary software is installed. You receive the touchscreen driver for your operating system installed on your system. NOTE• Do not use a hard or a pointed object (like screw drivers) to operate thetouch screen because this can damage the touch screen surface.• The front panel (GN10/GN12/GN15) and the touch screen are covered by aplastic overlay. Be careful when cleaning the plastic overlay (see page 22).3.2.4 Calibrating the Touch ScreenCalibration serves two purposes:• Sets the active area of the touch screen.• Aligns the active area of the touch screen to the screen's image. NOTEBefore you calibrate the touch screen, let the system warm up for 30 minutes.Calibration aligns the active touch-sensitive area of the touch screen with the image on thedisplay. Calibration also determines the edges of the screen's image and locates the center ofthe touch screen. If the touch screen is not calibrated properly, the active area of the touch
