Grinding discguard fixingscrewCAUTION:• When using, the Grinding disc guardmust be installed on the tool so thatthe closed side of the guard alwaysfaces toward the operator.• Ensure that blotters are used whenthey are provided with the bonded ab-rasive product and when they are re-quired;WARNING:• Always use supplied guard when us-ing tool. Grinding disc can shatterduring use and Grinding disc guardhelps to reduce chances of personalinjury.1. Install the Grinding disc guard, andthen securely tighten the screw.1. Clamp nut2. Grinding disc3. Disc flange2. Install the disc flange and the discto the spindle in order as shown inthe figure.3. Tighten the clamp nut onto thespindle so that hollow side facesopposite direction to the disc.4. Push the Spindle lock button tosecure the spindle in place, andthen use the clamp nut wrench totighten the clamp nut securely.1. Spindle lockbutton5.
