One jack supports bothvideo and audio information. The HDMI/HDCP 1 input canbe connected to an EIA/CEA 8612 compliant consumerelectronic device, such as a set top box or DVD playerequipped with an HDMI or DVl output connection. Byinputting a High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection(HDCP) high definition picture source to the HDMI terminalof this TV, high definition pictures can be displayed on thescreen in their digital form. The HDMI input terminal is notintended to be used with personal computers. This TV iscompatible with 1080i, 480p and 480i formats.
