Close and reopen the app.– Make sure the IP address of the camera is the same as what was typed in theapp settings.– Make sure Used ID and Password are the same as what was entered in thecamera (if applicable).iOS or Android device disconnects from the camera when using Direct mode.– External devices may disconnect due to the lack of internet connection.– A notification should pop up on your device to continue connection.– If not, connect back to the camera manually in device settings.
