No. 157 Issue 1.0 Draft Apollo Operations Manual20 March 2019 Page 26 of 278 WarrantySuch warranties are extended only with respect to the purchase of thisproduct direct from Norvap International or Norvap International authoriseddealers as new merchandise and are extended to the first buyer thereof, otherthan for the purpose of resale.For a period of three (3) years from the date of original delivery to the firstbuyer or to buyers order, this product is warranted against functional defectsin materials and workmanship and to conform to the description of the productcontained in the Operation and Maintenance Manual and accompanyinglabels and inserts, provided that the same is operated under conditions ofnormal use, that regular periodic maintenance is performed and thatreplacements and repairs are made in accordance with the instructionsprovided. This same warranty is made for a period of thirty (30) days withrespect to expendable parts.The foregoing warranties shall not apply if the product has beenrepaired or serviced other than by Norvap International or NorvapInternational authorised service facilities, or other than in accordancewith the written instructions provided by Norvap International, or alteredby anyone other than Norvap International or Norvap Internationalauthorised service facilities, or if the product has been subject to abuse,misuse, negligence or accident.Norvap International sole and exclusive obligation and the buyer’s sole andexclusive remedy under the above warranties are limited to repairing orreplacing, free of charge, at Norvap International option, a product which isconfirmed as being defective by Norvap International following the buyer’snotification to Norvap International in accordance with the instructionscontained in the Servicing Section of the Operation and Maintenance Manual,not later than seven (7) days after the expiration date of the applicablewarranty. Norvap International shall not be otherwise liable for anydamages including but not limited to incidental damages, consequentialdamages or special damages.There are no express or implied warranties, which extend beyond thewarranties herein above, set forth. Norvap International makes nowarranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose withrespect to the product or parts thereof.When communicating with Norvap International, please quote the model and |
