Main unit (main body of furnace):Remove the plastic cover. Pull the corrugated box over the furnace. Hopper box & fan box are togetherpacked on a pallet.2. Hopper box:Open the box from top. Remove hopper bottom side panels. Pull the hopper up (two people isrecommended) and put aside. Remove all other contents and put them aside. Make sure all items listedabove are counted for. Remove the hopper lid and put aside.3. Fan box:Open the box from top. Remove return air box (hot air blower is inside already installed) and put aside.(LABELED NCP-B).
