If necessary,NBE will contact you by e-mail and ask yourpermission to make operational changes. Ifpermission is granted, we will monitor yoursystems operational graphs and burnerreaction pattern, and make adjustmentsbased on the observations. Any changesmade remotely can be viewed in the ‘eventlog’ section of the controller menu.After adjusting, it should look like this.The Stokercloud Service gives you the peace of mind that your heating system is beingmonitored and if persistent faults occur or you have a poorly performing system help is athand. You may not even realize that your boiler has a problem until you are contacted forpermission to make alterations. |
