K00067 ICE BAGGERInstallation InstructionsASSEMBLING BAGGER MOUNTING BRACKET1. Remove the ice chute.2. For left-handed users, assemble the bagger mountingbracket on the left side, as illustrated in Figure A.For right-handed users, assemble the baggermounting bracket on the right side of the baggercabinet, using the machine screws and lockwashersprovided.TO USE ICE BAGGER1. Hang bags on the rear bracket through therectangular slot in the bag hanger (see Figures B andC).2. Place supplied twist ties in front tray.3. Replace the ice chute.4. Pull open one bag under the ice chute.5. Fill bag with ice, leaving enough room so the bagcan be twisted and closed.6. Firmly pull bag of ice off of hanger, twist, and closewith twist tie.REFILLING EMPTY BAG HANGER1. Remove empty wire wicket from bag hanger anddiscard.2. Lay wicket of new bags down on a flat surface withends of wicket sticking straight up.3. Slide the bag hanger down onto the wire wicket sothat the ends of the wire wicket go through the holesin the bag hanger.4. Tuck the top ends of the bags under the tab on thefront of the bag hanger.5. Keep the bags and hanger lying flat. Use one handto compress the wire wicket, bags, and hanger.While one hand compresses, use your other hand topull up the ends of the wire wicket and bend them90 toward center.6. Tuck the ends of the bent wire wicket under the tabon the back of the bag hanger.7. Remove the cardboard from the front of the bags andhang bags in place.Manitowoc Ice, Inc.2110 South 26 Street, P.O.
