Tighten the shaft into the shaft holder till the hexnut contacts with the shaft holder.► Fig.3: 1. Hex nut 2. Shaft 3. Shaft holder2. Hold the shaft holder with the wrench and tightenthe hex nut with the other wrench in the direction ofarrow.► Fig.4: 1. Wrench 2. Shaft holder 3. WrenchInstalling the mixing blade► Fig.5To mount the mixing blade, install it with the “ UP ” markon it facing the tool (directing inside).Install the mixing blade on the top of shaft and secure itwith hex bolt.► Fig.6: 1. Hex boltIn case of mixing blade 150 (accessory), screw itdirectly on the top of shaft as it is threaded.Installing top grip (auxiliary handle)► Fig.7Screw the top grip on the tool securely.Installing back grip (countryspecific)► Fig.8: 1. Leaf spring 2. Rear handle 3. BossPull off the cap from the tool housing. Insert the leafsprings into the groove of the handle part that has thebosses. Then attach them to the bottom of the toolhousing.► Fig.9: 1. Rear handle 2. ScrewAttach both of the handle parts and tighten them withthe screws securely.OPERATIONCAUTION: Do not mix flammable materials oroperate the tool around flammable materials suchas paint with thinner used as solvent. Failure to doso may cause an injury.CAUTION: When you mix the material whilethe mixing blade floating out of the material, becareful not to splash the material.► Fig.101. Always use the top or back grip (auxiliary handle)and firmly hold the tool by top or back grip and switchhandle during operations.2. Place the mixing blade under material fully andturn on the tool after making sure work site safety.3. Move the mixing blade up and down during themixing operation so that whole part of material can bemixed.4. When finishing mixing, turn off the tool, make surethat the mixing blade has come to a complete stop, andthen pull it out of the mixing container.MAINTENANCECAUTION: Always be sure that the tool isswitched off and unplugged before attempting toperform inspection or maintenance.NOTICE: Never use gasoline, benzine, thinner,alcohol or the like. Discoloration, deformation orcracks may result.Replacing carbon brushes► Fig.11: 1. Limit markCheck the carbon brushes regularly.Replace them when they wear down to the limit mark.Keep the carbon brushes clean and free to slip in theholders. Both carbon brushes should be replaced at thesame time. Use only identical carbon brushes.1. Use a screwdriver to remove the brush holdercaps.2. Take out the worn carbon brushes, insert the newones and secure the brush holder caps.► Fig.12: 1.
