18 ENGLISHNOTE: The wireless activation lamps finish blinkingin green after 20 seconds elapsed. Press the wirelessactivation button on the tool while the wireless acti-vation lamp on the cleaner is blinking. If the wirelessactivation lamp does not blink in green, push the wire-less activation button briefly and hold it down again.NOTE: When performing two or more tool registrationfor the cleaner, finish the tool registration one by one.Starting the wireless activationfunctionNOTE: Finish the tool registration for the cleaner forwireless activation.NOTE: Always place the cleaner so that you can seethe status of the wireless activation lamp.NOTE: Refer to the instruction manual of the tool, too.After registering a tool to the cleaner, the cleaner willautomatically runs along with the switch operation ofthe tool.1. Install the wireless units to the cleaner and thetool, respectively.2. Install the batteries to the cleaner and the tool.3. Connect the hose of the cleaner with the tool.► Fig.374. Set the stand-by switch on the cleaner to " I (ON)".The wireless activation lamp will blink in blue.► Fig.38: 1. Stand-by switch5. Push the wireless activation button on the toolbriefly. Check if thecleaner runs while the switch trigger on the tool is beingpulled.CAUTION: Always check if the wireless acti-vation function works before starting a work withthe tool.To stop the wireless activation, push the wireless activa-tion button on the tool or set the stand-by switch on thecleaner to "O (OFF)".NOTE: The wireless activation lamp on the tool willstop blinking in blue when there is no operation for2 hours. In this case, press the wireless activationbuttons on the tool again.NOTE: The cleaner starts/stops with a delay. There isa time lag when the cleaner detects a switch opera-tion of the tool.NOTE: The transmission distance of the wireless unitmay vary depending on the location and surroundingcircumstances.NOTE: When two or more tools are registered to onecleaner, the cleaner may start running even if youdon't pull the switch trigger because other user isusing the wireless activation function.Cancelling tool registration for thecleanerPerform the following procedure when cancelling thetool registration for the cleaner.1. Install the wireless units to the cleaner and thetool, respectively.2. Install the batteries to the cleaner and the tool.3. Set the stand-by switch on the cleaner to " I (ON)".► Fig.40: 1. Stand-by switch4. Press the wireless activation button on the cleanerfor 6 seconds. The wireless activation lamp blinks ingreen and then become red. After that, press the wire-less activation button on the tool in the same way.► Fig.41: 1. Wireless activation button 2. Wirelessactivation lampIf the cancellation is performed successfully, the wire-less activation lamps will light up in red for 2 secondsand start blinking in blue.NOTE: The wireless activation lamps finish blinking inred after 20 seconds elapsed. If the wireless acti-vation lamp does not blink in red, push the wirelessactivation button briefly and hold it down again.Erasing all tool registrationsYou can erase all tool registrations from the cleaner asfollows.► Fig.42: 1. Stand-by switch 2. Wireless activationbutton 3. Wireless activation lamp1. Install the wireless unit to the cleaner.2. Install the batteries to the cleaner.3. Set the stand-by switch to " I (ON)".4. Hold down the wireless activation button for about6 seconds until the wireless activation lamp blinks in red(about twice per one second).5. When the wireless activation lamp starts blinkingin red, release your finger from the wireless activationbutton. Thereafter, hold down the wireless activationbutton again for about 6 seconds.6. When the wireless activation lamp starts blinkingfast (about 5 times per one second) in red, release yourfinger from the wireless activation button. When thewireless activation lamp lights up in red and later lightsoff, all tool registrations are erased.NOTE: If the wireless activation lamp does not blinkin red, press the wireless activation button briefly andtry again. |
