6 ENGLISHBattery protection systemThe tool is equipped with a battery protection system.This system automatically cuts off power to the motor toextend battery life.The tool will automatically stop during operation if thetool and/or battery are placed under one of the followingconditions:Overloaded:The tool is operated in a manner that causes it to drawan abnormally high current.In this situation, turn the tool off and stop the applicationthat caused the tool to become overloaded. Then turnthe tool on to restart.If the tool does not start, the battery is overheated. Inthis situation, let the battery cool before turning the toolon again.Low battery voltage:The remaining battery capacity is too low and the toolwill not operate. If you turn the tool on, the motor runsagain but stops soon. Trigger-lock buttonTo prevent the switch trigger from accidentally pulled,the trigger-lock button is provided.To start the tool, depress the trigger-lock button from Aside and pull the switch trigger. Speed adjusting dialThe tool speed can be adjusted by turning the speed adjustingdial. You can get the highest speed at 5 and the lowest speed at 1.NOTICE: Do not turn the dial quickly when thetool is working.NOTICE: Depending on the type and conditionsof caulking material, it may not be fed at lowspeed. In this case, set the speed adjusting dialhigher.NOTICE: When changing the speed dial from "5"to "1", turn the dial counterclockwise. Do not turnthe dial clockwise forcibly.
