6ASSEMBLING THE BLENDER2 Rotate pitcher clockwise, approximately1/8 turn until pitcher clicks into place� 3 Adjust the length of the blender powercord�4 Securely attach lid to pitcher, makingsure the handle on the lid aligns with thehandle on the pitcher, as shown�NOTE: When properly positioned, thepitcher will rest completely on blenderbase� If not, repeat steps 1 and 2�Preparing the Blender for use1 Align the pitcher tabs with the slots onthe base� The pitcher handle may be onthe right or left side of the blender base�Before first useBefore using your blender for the first time,wipe blender base with a warm damp cloth,then wipe clean with a damp cloth� Dry witha soft cloth� Wash pitcher, lid, and ingredientcup in warm, sudsy water (see “Care andCleaning” section)� Rinse parts and wipe dry�TabSlot
