English19TROUBLESHOOTINGIndicator lights are flashing alternately.The Blender may be jammed. If it’sjammed, the Blender will stop running toprevent damage to the motor. Press “O”(OFF) to reset the Blender and unplug thepower cord. Remove the pitcher assemblyfrom the base and with a scraper, freethe blades by breaking up or removing thecontents at the bottom of the pitcher.The Blender does not operate when a setting is selected:No indicator lights are lit.Check to see if the Blender is plugged intoan outlet. If it is, press “O” (OFF), thenunplug the Blender. Plug it back in to thesame outlet. If the Blender still does notwork, check the fuse or circuit breakeron the electrical circuit the Blender isconnected to and make sure the circuit isclosed.The Blender stops while blending:The Blender turns on, but blades will not rotate:All indicator lights are flashingat the same time.The Blender may be overloaded. If theBlender becomes overloaded whenblending heavy ingredients, it willautomatically shut off to prevent damageto the motor. Press “O” (OFF) to reset theBlender and unplug the power cord. Removethe pitcher assembly from the base anddivide contents into smaller batches. Addingliquid to the pitcher may also reduce theload on the Blender.The pitcher is not properly secured in thelocking collar, not allowing couplers toengage. Remove pitcher (or culinary jar)from base and fully seat into collar. Pressdown and rotate pitcher clockwise in thelocking collar past the second “click.” Thiswill allow the pitcher assembly to engagethe coupler. See “Blender Assembly”.If the problem cannot be fixed with the steps provided in this section, then contact anAuthorised Service Centre (see “Warranty and Service”).Do not return the Blender to the retailer – retailers do not provide service.Gap
