The appliance is equipped with a safety system. It will notwork if the parts have not been assembled properly. Checkwhether the parts have been assembled correctly, butswitch off the appliance before you do so.The motor unit gives off anunpleasant smell the first few timesthe appliance is used.This is not unusual. If the appliance continues to give offthis smell after a few times, check (and possibly reduce)the quantities you are processing and the processing time.The appliance makes a lot of noise,gives off an unpleasant smell, is toohot to touch, gives of smoke etc.Switch the appliance off and unplug it. Contact our aftersales support line for assistance.The filter is blocked. Switch the appliance off, clean the feeding tube and thefilter and process a smaller quantity.The filter touches the feeding tube orvibrates strongly during processing.Switch the appliance off and unplug it. Check if the filterhas been properly placed in the juice collector. The ribs inthe bottom of the filter should fit properly onto the drivingshaft. Check if the filter is damaged. Cracks, a loose gratingdisc or any other irregularity may cause malfunction.In such a case, contact our after sales support line forassistance.Other Useful Information |
